Elizabeth is a proven disruptor who has spent the past +20 years shaping how McDonald’s engages with consumers in their ever-evolving state. She has led some of the brands most iconic consumer platforms including the introduction of their At-Home delivery platform, McDelivery with UberEats; leading New Product Platforms for McCafe Premium Roast Coffee and developing 1st to Market Integrated Marketing Promotions, Menu Hacks, Famous Order Meals and Cactus Plant Artist Residency Box. In September 2019, she was chosen to lead McDonald’s Cultural Engagement Team into its next evolution. Since then she has led the brand into new ways to meet consumers where they are through partnerships that have expanded the brand in the Metaverse, evolved the McDonald’s All American High School Basketball Game into a Cultural Moment and implemented Brand Actions to engage Gen Z through the Black & Positively Golden Change Leaders Platform, Ritmo Y Color Hispanic Consumer Marketing Activation and 23xi NASCAR Sponsorships.
