After having the great privilege of spending the last 20 years leading strategically across complex and dynamic situations in the financial services industry. From global leadership to local management, I found myself contemplating through the global pandemic how did I want to serve the CUSTOMER, other leaders, and my family in the most optimal way next. Leadership looks different now and what impact did I want to make? Making a difference requires bold creativity, thinking outside-the-box, and the courage to address issues with facts and data that brings heightened cross functional collaboration. In all of this, my guiding principle is to “make professionalism personal” and use that approach to drive excellence. In 2020, I made the exciting shift from executive management to entrepreneurship, co-founding Global Leader Group. Along with my partners, our vision is to be a truly unique presence in the global business space, using our combined experience and skills to impact the leadership landscape in a significant way. How can my expertise be of help? • Exceptional Customer Experience is both a great passion and area of deep expertise for me. I have led the design and delivery of CRM technology to support frontline productivity and customer servicing for thousands of users internationally. I also have extensive experience in implementing multi-channel contact strategies, having designed customer journeys in the Americas, Europe and Asia covering Digital, Assisted Digital and Advisory based selling inclusive of the full Customer Life Cycle. Experience has taught me to use a pragmatic approach to drive business outcomes and build teams across customer journeys, CRM & analytics, sales management, incentives, and digital transformation. • Accelerating Women. Through leading and mentoring many women, I understand the reality of all the choices that you’re faced with in the way to lead at home, lead in the boardroom, and yourself. The impact of these choices has reaching impact to all around us.
