Bio

Travel experiences are real-time, connected, and customer-driven. Already impacted by digital disruption and soaring customer expectations, this sector now has another goal—sustainable recovery from impacts of COVID-19. At Accenture, I drive the development and delivery of transformational industry solutions across the Hospitality, Aviation, and Travel Services sectors. I understand the power of digital technologies to drive innovation, transformation and agility, and the importance of customer-driven approaches and a responsive workforce to shape customer experiences. The travel sector has a lot to think about—from the use of AI, extended reality, analytics and data-driven personalization to amplify the customer experience, to the use of blockchain to power a trusted return to travel. But ramping up your customer experience and building business agility with a digital core is only part of the challenge. The global pandemic makes sustainability and social responsibility more important than ever before. Organizations in this sector cannot just bring back what was—they need to actively build something better. I lead multi-disciplinary teams worldwide to harness technologies that drive intelligent operations, equip workforces, and make real-time, personalized client experiences possible. We design and deliver transformative solutions with our clients – with a laser-focus on safety and trust. With over 25 years’ experience across the travel, hotels & leisure, media & entertainment and consumer goods industries, I am passionate about leadership and mentorship at all levels. I also believe that while it’s important to stay connected and learn from those on the front lines, we must explore the edge—it allows us to see all kinds of things that cannot be seen from the center. I have explored every continent, including Antarctica on a Russian icebreaker. If you’re interested in the future of travel, message me so we can arrange a time to talk live. In the meantime, keep exploring!
