As the Associate Director of Global Food Science, my work-streams enable food industry organisations to better connect with their B2B and B2C consumers, sharpening our clients understanding of their consumers current and future needs, helping to shape both communication and NPD. Focus areas: food ingredients and additives, general health and wellbeing, labelling and regulatory developments that impact NPD.
