Eric Morgen, MD, MPH, FRCPC, is Co-founder and COO at BioAge Labs, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing a broad pipeline of therapeutics to treat and prevent age-related diseases and extend human healthspan and lifespan. BioAge’s computational platform is rooted in longitudinal ‘omics and clinical data spanning more than 40 years and provides a powerful approach to select drug targets that can improve the way we age. Eric’s oversees the company’s clinical, computational, and cohort-based activities. Previously, Eric was an assistant professor at the University of Toronto, where his research focused on biomarker discovery and characterization in human cohort studies and associated high-dimensional datasets. He completed an undergrad in AI, clinical training in medicine and pathology, MPH in epi/stats, and a research fellowship in computational biology at the University of Toronto, where he held a Canada Graduate Scholarship from the CIHR, and was subsequently a CIHR research fellow. He has published over 20 papers in the areas of molecular biomarker/target discovery, aging, pharmacogenomics, and diagnostic medicine. Eric is a licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada, a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and holds a specialty designation in pathology.
