My experience in retail and technology include: ◆ The House of LR&C - responsible for evolving and developing the infrastructure that will enable The House of LR&C to be a driving force in sustainable fashion. Partner cross-functionally to build sustainability into the organizational value chain, including design, product development, raw materials, manufacturing partners and product operations; measure and monitor progress against key strategies, objectives and performance targets. ◆ Rubikloud Technologies (acquired by Kinaxis) - Joined Rubikloud post series-B to lead all aspects of marketing and communications - social, digital, content, field marketing, ABM, demand gen, PR and internal comms. ◆ Shopify & Shopify Plus - Led the PR division for the enterprise platform and retail offering, home to some of the world’s fastest growing, digitally native brands, including Fashion Nova, Kylie Cosmetics, GymShark and AllBirds. ◆ lululemon athletica - led public relations and corporate communications efforts for brand extensions (ivivva, lululemon lab, concept stores), signature events (SeaWheeze), key North American store openings and international brand launches (Europe, Asia & UAE). During my time, lululemon grew from $700M to $2.3B annual revenue and 100 North American stores to 406 stores worldwide. I am a passionate team and people leader and drive high performance through the empowerment of others. I’m most excited when working in high-expectation environments when things are ambiguous and unknown. I love to challenge the status quo, do things that have never been done before and create something out of nothing.
