As a senior manager supply chain consultant in the EY Government and Public Sector, I enjoy working with clients to deliver end to end supply chain transformation, produce positive measurable results, and increase overall organizational performance. Prior to my role at EY, I enjoyed a fantastic adventure as a career Navy supply officer where I had the opportunity to lead high performing teams and experience different cultures across 60 different countries. During my Navy career, I’ve developed expertise in logistics, government acquisition processes, operations research, global supply chain management, and contracting. In addition, I had the opportunity to drive the introduction of new industry 4.0 technologies like 3D printing into Navy programs and operations, teach acquisition and innovation courses to senior-level military and civilians and help prepare them for strategic leadership positions in government and industry. The highlight of my career was leading a new innovation start-up called NavalX to create a culture across the Department of the Navy that embraced innovation, agile acquisition, and continuous learning. I am very disciplined in my approach to solving problems and love to research, learn new subjects and skills, and examine problems from a variety of perspectives. In addition, my outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills have allowed me to lead highly productive and innovative teams which also fueled my passion for innovation and emerging technology. I am also an avid golfer and enjoy volunteering my time with the First Tee of Baltimore to help teach our younger generations core values and life skills through the game of golf.
