I’m an executive leader, technologist, engineer, physician (diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology), clinical informaticist, neuroscientist and board member energized by assembling and inspiring highly talented teams to positively transform health and life sciences for the benefit of humankind. As an experienced c-suite global leader at the intersection of technology (Microsoft and Google) and Healthcare (Geisinger), it has been my privilege to work with incredibly talented engineers, scientists and physicians who share my commitment to leveraging technology, data, AI, and machine learning to reimagine the ways we deliver care, create insights and develop new treatments. Working together with a broad network of global technology and health & life sciences partners, I believe we can accelerate the path of innovation to wide-scale adoption, creating more equitable access to care, improving diagnostics and outcomes, and making a difference in people’s lives across the planet. I’m a husband, father, and advocate for global health access and equity, serving as a co-chair on the Global Commission to End the Diagnostic Odyssey for Children With a Rare Disease and joining Mission to the World on annual medical missions to developing countries. Outside of work, I’m fueled by fly fishing, theology, college/pro football, college basketball, and great coffee.
