[he/him] I am a Mumbai based Chef, I have more than 8 years experience in food and beverage related to diabetes and healthy alternatives. I was featured on the Forbes 30 under 30 to watch out for in 2021, and I have travelled across the globe to share experiences with food. I started my career quite early in 2013 - at age 16. I had been a part of many cafes, and eventually running my own cloud kitchen. I have worked with many brands and I currently consult a hospital chain for all their food and clinics - about 240 clinics.
