I am a 20+ year real estate professional whose work experience includes capital origination, asset management, funds management, project management, construction management, land development, acquisitions/dispositions, and real estate finance in all commercial real estate asset classes. During my career I have been directly involved in nearly $2 Billion in real estate asset capital transactions in both the U.S. and Mexico. In 2011 I started in the Affordable Housing industry managing a $350 Million Portfolio of Federal Housing (LIHTC) Tax Credit equity investments. The institutional funds' portfolio spanned the U.S. Now I serve as V.P. and Senior Relationship Manager for KeyBank’s Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) department. I am currently responsible for debt origination tied to rent-restricted and affordable housing multi-family transactions in the South and Southwest U.S. While I specialize in LIHTC executions, including both 9% and 4% bond financing structures, I also have extensive experience with the major housing financing programs available throughout the country.
