My professional interests are in developing user needs based and accessible health and social services and their outcomes evaluation, especially in the field of functioning, disability, robotics and AI. Currently I - Lead the Technology supporting smart ageing and care at home (KATI) programme - Lead the National Guide of Structured Documentation of Functioning Information (Toimintakyvyn Rakenteisen kirjaamisen opas) - Coordinate the National PROMIS Center (Finnish) My qualifications: - Ph.D. (Public Health), professional qualification for physical therapy. Additional qualifications in tutoring, management, and product development. - Expert in rehabilitation research, outcome measurement, assistive technology, disability and functioning, and evidence-based health care. - Wide experience of 16 years' in training and consulting of trainers and doers of systematic reviews of scientific literature - Demonstrated experience in systematic reviews of complex health care interventions in national, Nordic and European contexts. - Good experience in planning questionnaires, collecting and analyzing survey data on common practices in national and Nordic contexts. - Excellent experience in managing large nationwide or international research and development projects and of cooperation with networks of substance experts from various medical and social fields - Excellent project management, networking and interpersonal communication skills - Demonstrated experience in peer reviewing of scientific publications, reports and clinical practice guidelines - Expert experience in organizing national and international events - Experience and knowledge in web journalism, developing web pages and communication.
