I'm an experienced senior doctor with postgraduate training in medicine, psychiatry, complexity science, and healthcare informatics. I am fascinated by the relationship between physical health and mental health and I believe that complex problems require complex solutions. My passion is making psychological strategies for recovery and thriving available to everyone I am available for corporate and charity workshops and events on topics as diverse as general mental health, common mental disorders, complex physical presentations, trauma & ''personality disorder'', complexity science and mental health, improv for anxiety.
