I am a Senior Manager with +25 years of international work experience in the filtration industry with a solid track-record of successful achievements. I have had the privilege to work in the cross-roads between customers, sales, product development, and production teams for the major part of my professional career. The years working in technical, product, and business development management positions have fine-tuned my commercial and technical competencies starting from the development of a strategy to understanding the key components making the difference in a winning business concept. My practical work experience from abroad has helped forming an open mind-set and team-player spirit with good bridge-building capabilities between company functions, product lines, culture, and geography. I am driven and motivated by exploring the unknown, and with a goal-oriented approach I constructively challenge the status quo on a daily basis. Being raised in a family business environment has had a profound impact on my entrepreneur way of thinking, work ethic, and value system both professionally and privately.
