I am a Principal leading Deloitte’s Smart Factory Go-To-Market efforts, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing industry to design and implement Industry 4.0 smart factory transformations. In addition, I drive digital transformation efforts for both Deloitte’s Smart Factory offering and our experience center, The Smart Factory @ Wichita, by anticipating changing customer needs and providing agile digital supply network solutions. Prior to my current role, I held a range of leadership roles in the Oil and Gas Sector. As the Global and N.A. Manufacturing Strategy & Operations Practice Lead and the N.A. Downstream Lead, I focused on serving Chemical, Lubricant, and Refining clients, leading large, complex global supply chain transformation projects including supply chain organizational design, wholesale process redesign, and technology/system implementations. I have a successful track record leading supply chain transformation initiatives with well-established organizations and supporting organizations through both brownfield and greenfield expansion efforts into new businesses. As a Master Black Belt, I also advise clients on large, global process improvement transformations. In addition, I am a recognized thought leader in the Lean Six Sigma space, where I bring a unique combination of process, technology, and organizational experience to my clients. Before joining Deloitte in 2002, I spent 7 years with DuPont Engineering Polymers working in NPD and planning roles. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Material Science Engineering and obtained MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In my free time, I enjoy collecting and cellaring wine, supporting my three children in their extracurriculars, and skiing.
