I am a workplace visionary and activist driving my clients to think differently about work, the future workplace and the future workforce. I am a Partner of Future Workplace, (www.futureworkplace.com) a HR Advisory and Research firm assisting organizations in re-imagining and re-inventing how they operate in the future workplace. I have a deep background and experience in corporate learning. I was awarded the Distinguished Contribution in Workplace Learning Award by the ATD and this was followed by the Colin Corder Award for Excellence in Workplace Learning by Learning & Performance Institute based in UK. Both awards are given to one executive each year honoring their contribution and body of work in the field of workplace learning. I have also founded Future Workplace Network, a consortium of nearly 50 FORTUNE 500 organizations who come together both virtually and in person to discuss debate and share “next” practices on preparing for the future of work. Members have titles such as Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Talent Officer and VP HR.
