Jenna is a Digital, Innovation and Marketing executive most recently known for conceptualizing and building Barry’s first ever digital business, Barry’s ❌. She also presently leads the Global Digital, Technology and Marketing practices at Barry’s. Since joining Barry’s in 2018, she has led the complete Digital Transformation of the brand including the launch of its first client-facing mobile applications, all current web properties and groundbreaking digital hospitality and marketing programs including the first of it's kind loyalty program, The Academy. In the process of building Barry’s X, Hauca oversaw the development of physical live production studios in major markets across the country with a blueprint set for Global expansion. She recruited and presently manages the first ever Production, Digital Talent Management and Digital Product Management teams at Barry’s. Prior to joining the Barry’s team, she oversaw Innovation, Technology and Business Development for an NYC-based marketing agency, was a volunteer Firefighter, a Nationally Registered EMT and played NCAA Div. 1 Ice Hockey at Princeton University, where she studied Neuroscience and her thesis on dietary predictors for substance abuse was published in The Journal of Physiology & Behavior. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her rescue pit bull, Storm and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.
