Working in international real estate and project management for more than fifteen years, I have acquired wide-ranging competencies in the fields of business development, real estate and asset management, as well as distinct leadership qualities. I am offering profound knowledge of strategy and organizational development and continuously succeeded in the optimization of processes. In my current position, I am entrusted with the global asset management of Commerz Real AG, assuming responsibility for a volume of up to 15 billion Euros. My responsibilities include real estate both within and outside Europe, for instance, in the USA and Australia. Furthermore, I support various projects aiming to digitize business processes and develop new business models. My leadership approach - especially in managing more than 100 employees at home and abroad - is characterized by communication and cooperation. Moreover, I consider a strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset among my key strengths. I am looking forward to establishing new contacts and extending my professional network!
