I am currently the Director of Sales Engineering, UK & Ireland, at Riverbed|Aternity. My main responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of high-performing enterprise Sales Engineers to ensure that organisations can harness the value of Riverbed|Aternity’s portfolio of SaaS and cloud solutions around full-stack observability and SASE technologies. Riverbed|Aternity’s portfolio of solutions enable organisations to overcome their complex digital challenges, make AI/ML based data-driven decisions around transformation, security, and business continuity, whilst fully capitalising on their digital and cloud investments. With over 15 years’ experience in the technology industry I was recently responsible for building the GTM and leading the International Sales Engineering division of Aternity’s SaaS business, significantly increasing market share across both EMEA and APJ markets (prior to Aternity’s global integration into Riverbeds full-stack observability platform). My leadership style is centred on a hands-on, customer-first and inclusive ethos that nurtures and develops top-talent, whilst cultivating a performant and winning team. As a strong partner with Sales, I pride myself on being instrumental in building out and executing successful GTM strategies that align and create mutual value and benefit in key vertical sectors such as FSI, Public Sector and Manufacturing. This approach enables me to build long-standing, meaningful and influential business relationships that are anchored on trust, expertise and value realisation.
