As a People Advisory Services (PAS) Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, I assist companies in setting the strategic agenda for the HR function and enabling it through the implementation of HR technology ranging from core HCM to best-of-breed functional systems. In my current role(s) as the PAS Business Technology Leader, I exercise my diverse domestic and international experience in the automation of the HR function. Whether it's software-as-a-service (SaaS), on-premise point solutions, or robotics (artificial intelligence, chatbots, etc.) I can provide experienced leadership across the technical implementation of the solution, as well as process design, change management, and stakeholder communications.
