Jordan Salcito is the founder of Drink RAMONA, Inc. which she founded in 2016 while overseeing the beverage programs for Momofuku's US restaurants. Her wine programs at Momofuku were repeatedly selected as semi-finalists for ''Outstanding Wine Program'' by the James Beard Foundation, World of Fine Wines 'Best Wines Lists,' and Wine Enthusiast's 'Top 100 Wine Restaurants.' Prior to that she worked as a sommelier at Eleven Madison Park and Nick & Toni's, and spent time working harvests throughout the globe at estates including Domaine Dujac (Burgundy, 2009), Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair (Burgundy, 2010), Bodega Chacra (Patagonia, 2011), Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg (Burgundy, 2012).
