Joseph Cady serves as Executive Vice President, Advanced Advertising & Partnerships for NBCUniversal’s Advertising Sales division, reporting to Krishan Bhatia, President & Chief Business Officer. Cady oversees the Digital and Advanced Advertising business, leading teams across business and strategy functions including Partnerships, Business Development, Growth Strategy, Sales Strategy & Analytics, and NBCU AdSmart including Programmatic, Data Driven Linear, and Addressable - spanning a portfolio across TV, CTV/OTT and digital that reaches 230M US Adults every month. Cady launched the company’s partnerships group in 2015, and oversees NBCU’s advertising partnerships with Amazon, Apple, Google/YouTube, Hulu, Roku, Snap, TikTok, The Trade Desk, Twitter, and others, as well as the corporate partnership with Comcast/Freewheel. Cady joined NBCUniversal in 2011 after Comcast acquired the company, and served in leadership roles across Strategy and Development, where he previously led the company’s Digital Entertainment, Lifestyle and Hispanic portfolios. Cady joined Comcast in 2008 and played an integral role in Strategy and Development for Comcast Interactive Media, where he developed the company’s digital acquisition strategy and helped build the digital entertainment business. Cady began his career in investment banking at Legg Mason/Stifel Nicolaus, and later worked in private equity at Bunker Hill Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Economics.
