With more than 25 years as a business and technology leader, I have a unique well-rounded blend of formal education, entrepreneurship, career employment, and volunteer activities that has allowed me to develop significant leadership skills, gain valuable e-commerce marketing and operational management experience and hone my software development skills and insights into innovation. Currently, I am employed as a Practice Manager at SpringML. I've authored the Snowflake-sponsored O'Reilly publication ''Snowflake: The Definitive Guide'' [book] and am currently authoring the O'Reilly publication ''Hands-on Salesforce Genie: Implementing and Managing a Real-Time Customer Data Platform'' [book]. I'm a Texas Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and I hold one AWS and one Snowflake certification, two Snowflake accreditations, two Salesforce accreditations, and 13 Salesforce certifications, including the Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery certification and the Application Architect certificate. My greatest strength is that I grasp new concepts quickly and am open to new ideas and creative ways of thinking. I am also willing to jump in wherever needed if there is a gap to be filled. I am currently a Salesforce Trailblazer mentor and a Merivis coach and I've also recently been recognized as a Salesforce Einstein Champion and Snowflake Super Data Hero.
