My roles have encompassed: -Creating and sustaining a Customer Experience culture through various initiatives including all staff training, recognising and rewarding staff living out the CX values, championing leadership focus on customer impact with every decision made etc., -Coaching teams to stretch and deliver results year on year and to work towards being their best selves, -Driving customer focused Innovation with cross functional teams, -Revenue generation through leads engagement and cross selling to existing clients in a bid to help meet the organisations top line targets, -Marketing with a focus on Digital marketing and online customer engagement, -Leading culture change initiatives with a diverse team of staff from different departments to ensure ownership and adoption.
