As Chief Marketing Officer my focus is to drive growth. I'm the love child of an Engineer and an Artist. One could say I'm born with data-driven and divergent thinking DNA. I have decades of experience in digital transformation and the integration of e-commerce within organisations with a passion for Product Led Growth strategies. I’ve partnered with CEOs, CFOs through the IPO process, which I believe is a marketing event just as much as it is a financial event. Successfully going public means the company was successfully marketed. My 30 years of building brands across multiple regions spans categories from Payment Systems, SaaS Technology, Financial Services, Mining, Health and Real Estate - on both sides of the fence (Consultancy and Corporate). I've worked with over 25 Go-to-market teams and one could also say that's an 'MBA on steroids'. As a C-Suite Executive I aspire to develop a high performance culture across global cross functional teams - Sales, Marketing, CS, Culture, Product and Engineering. Creating strategy and implementation that drives P&L growth. Backed by decades of experience in implementing new growth channels within businesses with expertise in B2C and B2B e-commerce, ABM, influencer, events, messaging platforms, customer marketing, referral and loyalty programs, behaviour based email marketing, data science, advertising and product partnerships. Career Accomplishments: -Co-founded, Chief Product and Revenue officer, I developed and exited SaaS platform Getcommandofit.com - fronted by celebrity trainer Steve Willis (aka The Commando) from Channel 10’s program - The Biggest Loser. -Co-founded, developed and exited - Consultancy - End of Work. For 10 years, End of Work became one of APACs most awarded creative and marketing agencies. -I’ve led world class Marketing and Brand Strategy teams in Europe, at firms including; Sir Terence Conran’s Conran UK, Landor and Interbrand UK. During this time I spearheaded major marketing and branding programs for Visa, Citi, British Midlands International, Molton Brown, Lend Lease, GSK, Mirvac, HCF, Glencore. Awards: It’s been a privilege to be recognised by my peers and industry. I’ve received over a hundred creative awards including; in my 20s was nominated into international young guns, Graphis USA, NY Type Director Awards, AGDA Pinnacles (2008, 2010), Australian Writers and Art Directors Awards (Bronze and Silver Pencils), and Australia’s Best Workplace Design 2014 for the Ansarada office.
