I am motivated, goal driven and resilient. My approach to work comes from my personal philosophy - ‘do everything you do as if it’s the last thing you will do’’ - I enjoy what I do and I do it well. I have a keen interest in building Operational Excellence and improving the quality of work-life for people by helping them develop their core competencies and capabilities. I believe that happy people are high performing and impactful people in the workplace. I have used this belief in a number of work environments to develop high performing teams that consistently grow and meet their goals. I also believe in strengthening my own competencies and have completed an Honors and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA degree. I have 14 years of engineering and leadership experience spread across the manufacturing, mining, IT, logistics, oil and gas as well as utilities industries in the public sector.
