As Sr. Manager of Research & Advisory, I help lead UKG’s thought leadership research strategy and partner closely with business leaders to help them maximize the value of their people and technology investments. A former journalist and market researcher, I speak regularly with conference and customer audiences about HCM trends and best practices and my work has been featured in Forbes, SHRM, HR Dive, HR Executive, HR Daily Advisor, and Human Resources Today. I am passionate about leveraging research, data, and technology to improve people's lives and drive systemic change. As co-chair of the Equity at Work Council’s research group, I partner closely with The Science of Diversity & Inclusion Initiative (SODI) to conduct evidence-based research into the root causes of workplace inequity and develop open-source tools to combat it. I also co-founded and serve on the Board of Directors for Conquer Addiction, a non-profit dedicated to helping individuals and families in crisis find quality addiction treatment centers verified by post-treatment outcomes research. I'm a marketing manager with 12+ years of experience managing high-value brand awareness and lead-gen campaigns, including executive communications, thought leadership, market research, public relations, content marketing, virtual events, social media, and influencer relations campaigns in B2B, B2C, academia, and politics.
