I've spent my entire 25-year career in learning and development, with a focus on enhancing individual and organizational performance. I've held many roles in this field from instructional designer to facilitator to curriculum developer to deputy chief learning officer. I really enjoy global work and have led several projects in Europe and Asia and have lived in Hong Kong and India. I'm known as an entrepreneur because I get things done and I think creatively outside the box to deliver workable solutions. I've been recognized as an excellent leader and and have managed teams of five to two hundred. In my current role, I am building the leadership and technical curriculum for 14,000 professionals in non-client facing roles, across 30 different departments.
