I spent a lot of years in the technology space doing sales, account management and covering key stakeholders both locally and in the region. Never forgot what Dicky Fox said - his (in)famous line in Jerry Maguire - that 'the key to this business is personal relationships' - this has been nicely tucked in my mental folder. We've put up Hungry Workhorse to help enable companies in their pivot to digital, covering key areas such as strategy, technology and people. Three key factors always come to play: mindset, culture and behavior. In parallel, I work on plant-based food with varied influences such as that of the great Filipina food technologist Maria Orosa, among other things. Not only is it beneficial for sustained good health and well-being, but environmental impact is also lessened in the process. Overall, I'm all about sustainability in the many areas of the day-to-day. Most of my actions and decisions are largely anchored on this.
