I am a short-term business consultant working with organisations to design and implement sustainability into their DNA. This often gives me the privilege of working with businesses embarking on their sustainability journey. It's important to realise there is no sustainability blueprint to hand over and implement. Instead, building sustainability into strategy increases opportunities to create measurable value far beyond the traditional economic lens. Over the past 25 years, I’ve been a Board Member, Academic Researcher, Lecturer, COO, General Manager, Director, Coordinator, Manager, Consultant and Business Owner. I now work as an independent Collaborator, combining all that I've experienced in business, art and science into enabling sustainability. Unofficially, I am a mentor, a student, an advocate of start-ups and a dedicated enthusiast of anything food.
