I have over 17 years' experience as a strategic adviser to executive directors, supporting the design and delivery of strategy, operating models and major transformation programmes. Clients have included British Airways, UCL, Centrica, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Etihad Aviation Group, ASDA, Linklaters and John Lewis. I have supported global organisations to improve their operations - or transform their business models - by combining creative thinking and a constant focus on the practical and the realistic, delivering real and measurable results. As a qualified Lean management practitioner, I have led operational excellence programmes that have generated significant cost and capacity savings. My background in digital and information technology advisory means I have a strong understanding of technology and its impact on an organisation and staff.
