I am a Labor and Employment shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm with 38 offices worldwide. I have extensive experience in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, counseling and training. I have litigated numerous discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, ADA, FMLA and wage and hour cases. I have appeared before the U.S. DOL, the EEOC, NLRB, and many state agencies throughout the U.S, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and New York. I am an experienced counselor, advising clients on both U.S. and global labor and employment law, including social media, employee handbooks, interviewing and hiring, terminations, harassment and discrimination, labor issues, wage and hour compliance, international employment laws, internal investigations, non-competition agreements, employment and severance agreements, and FCPA/UK Bribery Act compliance. In 2014 and 2015, I was ranked in the Legal 500 as “Recommended” for Labor and Employment, Workplace and Employment Counseling. I am currently the co-chair of GT's Labor and Employment HR/Compliance Training Group, and regularly training for client and non-clients on topics such as anti-bribery act compliance, cross-border privilege, anti-discrimination and harassment training, union avoidance and Human Resource fundamentals. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked in media, marketing and public relations.
