I am an award-winning Sustainability Executive with experience in innovative strategies and business transformations. I propel assets as I develop a positive landscape for sustainable growth in diverse and ever-changing environments. Additionally, I demonstrate a proven record of success developing and implementing analytical and data-based tactics and plans. My strength includes the ability to make strong decisions with a focus on acting on needed changes and interventions for alignment of objectives and sustainability solutions. I am a connector of people, processes, and strategy. I am also a developer of powerful teams and collaborations, establishing expectations, communicating vision, and escalating performance to maximize effectiveness. Additionally, I am a transformational leader coaching through change and challenges while providing scalable solutions to advance in the latest sustainability techniques and best practices. I lead through example and inspire through my passion. I am mission-oriented, and values driven leader and communicate with all levels with ease. Away from work, I love travel and the outdoors. Off-the-beaten-path locations draw me the most and some of my most memorable adventures include: climbing Mt. Fuji; hiking 200-miles of the Via Francigena; hitting fresh tracks on Seventh Heaven; and snorkeling with nurse sharks in Belize.
