The love of science and technology, as well as the desire for near perfection have led me to my current profession. As a leader in process development, I have had the opportunity to optimize GMP processes for multiple cell-based therapies. I enjoy dissecting and characterizing processes, and subsequently working with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, which in turn benefit patients. My track record of being able to execute, and not just propose or plan sets me apart.
