Results-focussed creative; kind but tough. A lynchpin; things get done when I'm around. Recent work includes: ● In collaboration with Punchdrunk, led design and delivery of one of the most innovative employee experiences for Netflix UK ● Coached and business partnered with exec level leaders, across sectors and industries, to improve team performance (qualified to use Enneagram, StrengthsFinder amongst and other coaching tools) ● Designed and produced OD and team effectiveness solutions, within a nuanced and matrixed leadership landscape at Netflix ● Consulted with Vodafone, Rolls-Royce, BBC Studios, PMI and others to deliver people initiatives within what were constantly changing business contexts. ● Led complex inclusion initiatives and forums across unique geographies (China, North America and Europe) at Improbable, during a time of deep social unrest, globally ● Designed company values from scratch at Lean Tech and Improbable ● Led large teams both in education sector and start-ups ---Extras---- Amidst my corporate endeavours, I'm a bit of a lay philosopher at heart. And so I have a soft spot for unconventional questions: If I were a superhero: I'd first be, Cable, the time-traveller: I'm a future focussed leader, who's had to learn how to be fully-present 2nd--Taskmaster: Well...I learn quickly! Like the heroes of our imagination, we all have a kind of ‘super power’ of sorts. My old boss once said to me, “Kenny, you’d be as comfortable speaking to the Bishop of Southwark as you would a street cleaner.” He was right — I'm good at building relationships, alliances and networks. If you could be an animal for 24 hrs, which would you choose and why? Back legs of a lion; the head and wings of an eagle: I'd 100% be a Griffon. Strategic and courageous—I get to fiercly protect those I care about! If I ruled the world... Lets be glad I don’t. If I could receive feedback from anyone about something that went wrong...
