Kristina Lunz is Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy (CFFP). In February 2019, she was named one of Forbes' ''30 under 30'' (Europe as well as DACH) and is an Atlantik Brücke Young Leader, Ashoka Fellow, BMW Foundation Responsible Leader, Handelsblatt/BCG ''Vordenker*innen 2020'' and one of Focus Magazine's ''100 Women of 2020''. She is also a member of the Advisory Group of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's Goalkeepers Initiative on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Between January 2019 and January 2020, Kristina was as an external advisor at the German Foreign Office, where she worked on establishing the feminist network Unidas for former German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas. Prior to that, she served as Gender and Coordination Officer for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Yangon, Myanmar, and worked for the local NGO Sisma Mujer in Bogotá, Colombia on 'Women, Peace and Security' (WPS). She received two masters, from University College London (MSc Global Governance and Ethics) and the University of Oxford (MSc Global Governance and Diplomacy); in spring 2022 she went back to the University of Oxford as a Research Fellow on Cybersecurity. Her best-selling book ''The Future of Foreign Policy is Feminist'' (in German; publisher: Ullstein/Econ Verlag) was published in February 2022.
