Named one of the 25 leading global voices in precision medicine, I’m a dynamic, results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in the space. I currently serve as Medical Affairs Director of Pharmacogenomics at Invitae, who acquired my prior company, YouScript, in 2020. A molecular biologist by training with an MBA in entrepreneurship, I have the unique ability to approach problems with both a business and science lens. I have a proven track record setting strategy, growing revenue, increasing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. I have raised capital, negotiated contracts with complex Fortune-500 companies, spearheaded large clinical studies, published academic papers, assisted with introduction of state and national legislation, and orchestrated a successful exit as a founding CEO. I am skilled at managing teams through times of fast growth, and have held various C-level, board and business development roles in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. I am committed to leveraging science and technology to benefit humanity including catalyzing the adoption of precision medicine.
