I am a Partner in the Projects Team at Burges Salmon, and joined the firm in 2018 from Freshfields. I specialise in public procurement and the delivery of major projects. I have experience of advising on all aspects of public procurement for a wide range of public and private sector clients, including drafting and negotiating tender and contract documentation for complex and politically sensitive major projects in the UK and internationally. I have also advised a wide range of clients engaged in High Court litigation and alternative forms of dispute resolution (including mediation and arbitration), with a particular focus on public procurement disputes. I am also an active participant in the public procurement legal community, and hold a place on the editorial board of Sweet & Maxwell’s Public Procurement Law Review. I am also recognised as an 'Star Associate' by Chambers and Partners UK and as a leading Government Contracts lawyer by Who’s Who Legal. I received my Law degree from the University of Bristol and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. I completed a Master's degree in Public Procurement Law and Policy at the University of Nottingham in 2013, graduating with a distinction.
