I'm a T-shaped, holistic system thinker and leader, driven by science and a deep interest in human behavior. What passionates and characterizes me as a person is being able to ‘connect the dots’. Connecting the dots between science & practice, between business & people strategy and between vision & execution. This also includes translating & applying insights from one discipline to others - which is where I believe the greatest ideas originate. I feel very comfortable working through complexity and I’m strong in synthesizing separate inputs and perspectives into a coherent whole & narrative. I have a strong tendency to look at multiple variables that are at play in a complex environment. People’s mindsets and behaviors originate in and are maintained by a multidimensional ecosystem. Understanding these complex flows and interconnectedness is - in my point of view - essential to understanding and influencing human behavior.
