In my previous positions through the last 14 years I have been privileged to work with HRD, Learning & Development and internal communication at both strategic and operational level and in an international context due to my former employment with a major Singaporean company. I started my career with in the service sector, moving on to the airline industry and now working with in the professional service industry in a highly knowledge intensive environment. I have substantial skills with in HR strategy and implementation of HR-processes and organizational design/change and have especially been involved in leadership- and project management development through training and design and also succession planning and talent management/retention. For the last two years I have been working with inclusion and diversity linked to our talent strategy and implemented a Family Career Policy supporting our employees to succeed both in their career and in their family life. This has given me excellent execution skills and I am highly motivated by integrating HR as a part of the running business and strategy. My profile is quite extrovert and I enjoy using my social and interpersonal skills in order to pursue my targets and results.
