I am an experienced senior executive, recognised for driving profitable business growth, developing great talent, and leading new ways of working through customer centred design and delivery. I have had both local and global business experience, am comfortable operating in person or through a global virtual environment. My experience has been on the consumer and customer side, retail and wholesale business models, in addition to digital and and intermediated distribution businesses. One of my areas of passion is in ensuring the customer and consumer experience is both well understood and optimized - insights and actions in unison The nature of my experiences have brought with them a critical focus on risk based decision making, clear enterprise risk management disciple and risk and incident mitigation strategies. I have led a number of enterprise based large and complex programs of work/integration. I am MBB Six Sigma trained, with expertise in process improvement, business model evolution, robotics and automation. I have a good understanding of the value of technology to improve customer and business outcomes. However, the real value I bring to organisations is a focus on building high performing teams to deliver strategy. Being able to engage, motivate and equip my teams to deliver great things. I have experience gained as an Executive Director on an independent board with Hallmark Insurance and currently a board member at ARCA. I am a UK and Australian citizen.
