I have been immersed in the field of career development, experienced based learning and student success at the post-secondary level for 20 years. at both the student advising and the leadership level. This has provided me with an outstanding opportunity to see first-hand how the issues of student success and career preparation at the post-secondary level play out in individual lives and stories. This has fueled my passion for excellence, commitment to students, and my relentless drive for enhancement and innovation.
