I'm passionate about leading people, fostering intrinsic motivation and improving ways of working. I find meaning in my work when I know it will help solve the problems of our time (with technology), including developing an equitable, diverse workforce; finding new, innovative and employee-centric ways of working and influencing the energy transition. I relish the opportunity to digitally disrupt business workflows and helping make digital transformation real. I have led one-pizza, fast-paced innovation teams as well as large-scale IT programs (160+ employees) and built future-state technology operating models to support the development of next-generation business. I have also driven emerging technology implementations and created strategies to orchestrate AI-driven ecosystems to modernize Enterprise Talent Management.
