With a background in Management Consultancy, I have performed a variety of analytical, project management and leadership roles, across corporate HR, Learning and Deployment functions, for almost 20 years. As a former member of IBM’s Top Talent and 'Business & Technical Leaders' communities, and currently part of GSK's Top Talent pool, I have a proven track record of strategic thinking and service transformation. I am an experienced mentor and recruiter, have led several high-performing teams (concurrently), whilst serving on numerous professional research bodies. I design and facilitate Training events and speak regularly at Conferences (on topics ranging from HR Business Partnering, to Analytics and Data Visualisation, to embedding culture). Post-MBA, I worked on a major learning and change project in the Retail industry, before freelancing for a year. Most recently, I joined GSK as Director of Organisation and People Analytics, a team I now head.
