Bio

Before I was an attorney, I spent many years working as a Labor Relations and Human Resources Professional within for-profit businesses and non-profit associations. Today, I combine my legal background with my operational business experience to provide pragmatic, realistic, and sound labor and workforce guidance to large and small companies and business associations. I have extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and Project Labor Agreements as well as facilitating labor-management discussions and conflict resolution, primarily but not exclusively in the construction industry. I am an experienced Taft-Hartley trustee with expertise in ERISA and most facets of multi-employer benefits funds, including health and welfare, pension, and apprenticeship programs. I have also been significantly involved in development and recruitment of a diverse building trades talent pipeline.
