Transformative global leader, advisor and board director adept at leading the strategic integration of corporate branding, marketing, health equity and digital innovation for biopharma, healthcare and media companies including Genentech, Bayer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Sumitovant, UnitedHealth Group, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Healthcare and Comcast NBCUniversal. I excel in leading strategic transformations in the face of rapid technology and market changes and executing multi-faceted campaigns in dynamic, high stakes competitive environments. I prioritize centering health equity and equitable clinical trials as brand enhancers and business growth drivers.I have a successful track record driving awareness, market penetration and equitable access for products from early research to clinical development, regulatory approval, commercialization, and external social impact - incorporating customized digital analytics and data intelligence to create meaningful metrics. I initiated and led Genentech's $5million Diversity in Clinical Trials initiative; was the first Chief Inclusion & Health Equity officer at Stanford Health Care; and led the team implementing digital equity conditions required for Comcast's acquisition of NBCUniversal for the California Region. During the 2022 JP Morgan Health Conference I co-curated the first Real Health Equity Summit, Changing Out Loud, a unique forum of intersectional leaders from healthcare, life sciences, academia, local community organizations, venture and government to collaborate and drive long-term change advancing health equity across the health ecosystem.
