Mason Marks is the Florida Bar Health Law Section Professor at Florida State University, the senior fellow and project lead of the Project on Psychedelics Law and Regulation (POPLAR) at the Petrie-Flom Center at Harvard Law School, and an affiliated fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School. He is a former research scholar at the Information Law Institute at NYU School of Law and resident fellow of the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. At Florida State University, he teaches Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Drug Law, and related seminar courses.
