I'm a passionate, energetic and result-oriented Manager. I focused my career in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and key skills to: - drive long-term value creation and competitive advantage through Innovation and Sustainability; - co-found and lead a start-up in the sharing economy and digital business; - lead a corporate department and manage projects in multiple industries; - work and cooperate with people at all levels; - catalyze results and make things happen. I contribute a unique combination of strategic planning and execution of projects in international contexts, information technologies knowledge and sustainability experience. I believe in innovation and business as a force for good. I aim at creating value by increasing profits over the long term and, at the same time, maximizing positive impacts for workers, for communities and for the planet, bringing benefits to all stakeholders (not only shareholders).
