I have more than 20 years of increasingly responsible experience in Benefits leadership with jumbo employers in the Richmond, VA area. My experience includes oversight of all types of employee benefits - health benefits, welfare benefits, wellness, financial benefits, retirement benefits, workers comp, and Accommodations. I have deep expertise in innovation, strategy, benefits design, benchmarking, plan financials, contracting, vendor management, compliance, people management, etc. My area of passion is in health innovation spending time understanding the market, consulting startups, and leaning in to think about how healthcare is changing and how employer mindsets need to change to anticipate it. I’m also deeply passionate about managing and supporting population health be it in ensuring that employees have the health plan resources that they need when health problems arise for themselves or their dependents to positively influencing the health journey of employees and their loved ones. I have had the privilege of speaking nationally in many different forums regarding innovation and employee benefits.
