Engineer with large breadth of experience leading efforts from fundamental physics research to million plus unit per year production implementation. Particular areas of expertise include lean product development (Black belt), thermodynamics, heat transfer and magnetism (Ph.D.), business concepts, innovation, and partnerships (Director of External Research), and hands on prototyping across most processes.
