Former Chief Asset Officer at Sylvan Road, LLC., and a Director of U.S. Asset Management at GTIS, Michael is a pioneer in the Single-Family Residential Investment arena. During his time at Sylvan Road, he managed over 2,000 single-family homes and acquired over 120 homes per month in seven different markets. During his tenure at GTIS, Michael took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Streetlane Homes (a subsidiary of GTIS), where he built a national single-family platform to purchase, manage and sell over 4,000 single-family homes.
